Conversion of church hall to dwelling, Forestside, Belfast
A redundant church hall was converted to a contemporary home. A mezzanine floor was inserted and the building was opened up to make full use of the fantastic views.ll

A new granny annex and garage was added to the front of the property At the rear overlooking the bay a two storey extension in natural stone added to the existing living room with a new bedroom above

This period house has been refurbished and extended. All previous extensions and outbuildings to the rear were demolished and
replaced with a contemporary single storey extension.

Extension, Waterloo Park, Belfast
The rear of the property which faces south was extensively remodelled to open the downstairs to the patio. A gym was added to the rear of the garage and all the new work to the rear was unified with a colonnade.

Extensive remodelling and extensions of a large period home. The property had a large extension completed in the 1980s but the flow and natural light was poor.

The main house in red brick with Bath stone detailing and a natural slate roof.
To break up the scale of the building the attached coach house wing is clad in stone.

A Victorian house that had been derelict for 10 years.
The property was totally renovated and a new extension added in a similar style to the existing but with a contemporary edge.

Replacement of a two room semi-detached holiday home on a small plot with a two reception, four bedroom family home. The house was designed with the living accommodation on the first floor.
