Main Architectural Services
Most projects are divided into four stages as shown below. Clients can chose any of these stages to suit their particular requirements

Stage 1. Survey and Sketch Scheme (20%)
Meet client, discuss brief and establish client requirements and project objectives. In this stage we prepare sketches for the client to evaluate and come up with the basic design.

Stage 2. Developed Design (20%)
Develop the approved concept to finalise the design and outline specifications.

Stage 3. Tender Documents (35%)
Detailed drawings and documentation are prepared for the contractor to build off.

Stage 4. Tender action and Contract (25%)
We get involved with the actual building of the project and liaise with the contractor to ensure the buildings works are completed in accordance with the drawings
